Lucky for us, executive chef Robin King’s mantra of “less is more” has translated into the menu he developed for Stella Café (1525 Washington Street, Boston, 617.247.7747), which just opened to the delight of loyal Stella diners. Open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Stella Café offers patrons a cozy café and a selection of paninis, chopped salads, and pizzas, plus a to-go menu, which includes a prepared-foods section for recreating the Stella experience at home. With both summer and the Stella Café patio in full swing, though, why would you ever leave?
