Hard to believe, but it's been two decades since the inaugural Boston Music Awards. Now the 20th anniversary of the awards show is set for December 1 at 7:30 p.m. at the Orpheum Theater (1 Hamilton Place, Boston, 617.679.0810), with Lori McKenna, JoJo (pictured), Matt Nathanson, Augustana, and the Click Five among the talent scheduled to perform. A group of blues artists including Eli "Paperboy" Reed will also take the stage, and local bad-boy legend Bobby Brown and Aerosmith's Joey Kramer, the event's honorary chairman, are scheduled to appear.
