Like it or not, summer's coming to a close. So we're squeezing in as much outdoor drinking as we possibly can in preparation for fall's chilly evenings. Lucky for us, through at least the end of the season, the ladies of Bon Ton Productions are hosting the Bon Ton Patio Soirée at Shine Lounge (One Kendall Square, Cambridge, 617.621.9500). Every Thursday from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., they're serving frozen drinks and the kitchen's full Latin menu out on the patio. DJs spinning all types of house music rotate weekly - they're always looking for fresh faces hoping to break into the Boston scene - and when the evening cools off, the party moves indoors and rages until 2 a.m. There's no cover if you arrive before 9 p.m.; after that, it's $15.
