It's a constant conundrum for us, especially in the summertime: red wine or white? We love the bite of a good, chilled vino bianco, especially when temps are creeping up around the 90s, but what if a red is what best complements our meal? Now the fabulous folks at Eastern Standard (528 Comm Ave, Boston, 617.532.9100) have made the decision even harder (in a good way): they're offering a Drink Pink wine list of nine rosés, all $8 per glass - and all perfect for sipping while lingering over dinner on the restaurant's lovely patio. The wines hail from such diverse grape-growing regions as Austria, France, South Africa, Spain, Long Island, and California; options include an Austrian Tegernseerhof Zweigelt from 2006 (try saying that 10 times fast after you've knocked back a few glasses), and a Mas de Gourgonnier grenache blend from Provence.
