The restaurant recently opened Le Patissier on the lower level of its Theater District space. Sarah Woodfine, formerly of Maine’s famed White Barn Inn, runs the show at the new desserterie, where the opening menu includes chevre cheesecake, blackberry-almond tart, pistachio-crusted beignets, and milk-chocolate mille feuille, served Tuesday through Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m.

Our home BBQs are never going to be as good as the ones Andy Husbands throws, so we might as well put away the propane and head to Tremont 647 on July 21. From 6 to 9 p.m., the fifth-annual Grilling Social features Husbands and special guests John Delpha (La Campagnia) and Chris Coombs (dbar) manning the grills and Harpoon Brewery supplying the locally brewed draft beers.
