Lock & Key Party at Lir

The Boston singles scene is often compared to an awkward eighth-grade dance: girls hanging on one side, boys on the other, and never the twain shall meet. But Anthem Entertainment is getting the conversations going with their second annual Lock & Key Party, upstairs at Lir (903 Boylston Street, Boston, 617.778.0089) tonight at 7 p.m. Upon arrival, ladies receive a lock while guys receive a key; the remainder of the evening is spent mixing and mingling, looking for your perfect fit - literally and figuratively. There'll be complimentary appetizers, and prize-winning opportunities will abound.
