“A Pinter Duet: The Lover & Ashes to Ashes" at the Arsenal Center for the Arts
THROUGH SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 10
Sex complicates just about everything - especially when you're having it with more people than your significant other realizes. Two takes on affairs are explored in "A Pinter Duet: The Lover & Ashes to Ashes," a pair of one-act plays onstage in the Black Box Theater at the Arsenal Center for the Arts (321 Arsenal Street, Watertown, 617.923.0100). Written by Harold Pinter, the plays feature two actors portraying two couples and their wildly different experiences with infidelity. In the former, the conversation between husband and wife is erotic and coy; the latter, decidedly less playful, takes on a darker tone. Presented by the New Repertory Theatre, the plays feature New Rep mainstays Rachel Harker and Stephen Russell. For tickets ($25), visit www.newrep.org or call 617.923.8487.
